1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Reset Regimen platform ("Platform"), including the website at theresetregimen.com and theresetregimen.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Services
The Reset Regimen provides a physician-reviewed alcohol-support assessment and monitoring platform. Our services include an adaptive intake assessment, clinician review, personalized care protocols, and ongoing monitoring. The Platform does not provide emergency medical services.
3. Not a Substitute for Emergency Care
The Platform is not designed for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, including severe alcohol withdrawal symptoms, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. The Platform may identify emergency situations during the assessment process and will direct you to emergency services when appropriate.
4. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Completing the assessment on the Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and The Reset Regimen. A doctor-patient relationship is only established when a licensed clinician reviews your assessment results and agrees to provide care.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and assessment processes.
7. Privacy and Data Use
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. De-identified research data rights are separate from identifiable testimonial rights. See our consent documentation for details.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Reset Regimen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. SMS/Text Messaging
By opting in, you consent to receiving automated text messages from The Reset Regimen related to your assessment and care navigation. Messages are informational only and do not constitute medical advice or emergency monitoring. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
