Refund Policy

Assessment
The initial assessment is provided at no cost. There is nothing to refund for the assessment itself.
Paid Services
If you purchase any paid services (monitoring, protocol packages, or clinician consultations), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet started the service. Once clinical services have begun (e.g., a clinician has reviewed your case), refunds are issued on a prorated basis at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@theresetregimen.com with your name and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions
We may deny a refund request if we have reason to believe the request is fraudulent or if the services have been fully rendered. Clinical emergencies identified during the assessment process that result in a Route A (emergency) or Route B (same-day clinician) referral are not billable events.
